Author Bio:

Evelyn Pearl Wooster Viner was born on January, 10 1898. As a child growing up in the state of Maine, she explored the beaches and tree-studded rocky natural areas of North Haven Island, one of a pair of islands in the Penobscot Bay. Then later, the fields and meadows of Warren, Maine, when her family bought land there. She was the mother of eight, three sons and five daughters, who were often featured in her poetry. She died on June, 22 1952.
